London is a city that never sleeps, and that’s especially true when it comes to festivals. Whether you’re into music, art, food, comedy or culture, there’s something for everyone in the capital’s events calendar. Here are some of the highlights of what’s coming up.

Hydra

If you’re a fan of electronic music, you won’t want to miss The Hydra: That’s How It Is in London on Monday 10 April. This festival celebrates the legacy of legendary club night That’s How It Is, which ran at Bar Rumba from 1994 to 2001. The lineup features some of the biggest names in the scene, such as Bonobo, Nightmares On Wax, Unkle, Kruder & Dorfmeister and more.

Community Festival

For indie rock lovers, Community Festival Presents – Two Door Cinema Club + The Wombats 2023 is a must-see. This one-day event takes place at Finsbury Park on Friday 07 July and showcases two of the most popular bands in the genre. Expect catchy tunes and energetic performances from both acts.

Kew The Music

If you’re looking for something more laid-back and family-friendly, Kew The Music is a great option. This annual series of concerts takes place at Kew Gardens from Tuesday 11 July to Sunday 16 July and features a variety of artists from different genres. You can enjoy a picnic on the lawn while listening to live music from stars such as Tom Jones, James Blunt and many more.
